Lattice Temple

A six-sided plywood temple with star-pattern lattice panels, circular geometric medallions, an open arched front, shaped rafter ends hung with beads, a pointed lattice finial, and a dark geometric dodecahedron hung inside above a tiered stand of plywood rings. It was photographed on a rocky outcrop among yellow autumn trees in October 2021. Later it was burned at night on a round steel fire-pit grate in a fenced gathering circle. Words like "Attachment", "Identity" and "delusion" were written on its rafters, and the fire glowed through the lattice.
